1. Data controller

2. Personal data collected
When you submit a contact request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the kind of property service sought, preferred area, property type, property reference and message. Further information may be requested as needed for an actual property transaction, with appropriate notice.

3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Responding to enquiries: taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in replying.
- Real estate services and CRM: managing enquiries, appointments and client relationships; legal basis depends on the transaction and may be pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract or legitimate interests.
- Legal obligations: complying with applicable law.
- Marketing emails and SMS: generally with your separate, prior opt-in consent for the relevant channel, subject to any narrow applicable existing-customer exception.
- Optional cookies: your consent to the relevant cookie category.
4. Newsletters and marketing
Optional, initially unticked boxes in the forms allow you to opt into emails and/or SMS about property listings, investment opportunities, market updates and our services. Marketing opt-in is not required to send an enquiry. Cookie acceptance is not permission to send newsletters or promotional messages.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe method provided in our marketing messages or by emailing 8keys.realestate@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing.
5. CRM and retention
Enquiry data can be entered into our client relationship management system to maintain an enquiry or an actual professional relationship. Being in the CRM does not automatically mean you are subscribed to marketing.
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, considering the latest meaningful interaction, an ongoing contract, statutory duties and potential legal claims. Promotional contact lists are reviewed and requests to unsubscribe are honoured, while minimum suppression data may be retained to prevent further messages.
6. Recipients and processors
Access is restricted to authorised persons and providers whose services are needed for hosting, website administration, email delivery or CRM support, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Where international transfers take place, appropriate GDPR safeguards must apply. You may contact us for details concerning specific providers.
7. Your rights
